The Big Goal: Challenge Roth 2025 π
In 2025, Iβll be lining up at the start of Challenge Roth, one of the most iconic full-distance triathlons in the world. This race is legendary for its electric atmosphere, passionate crowds, and unforgettable finish line. Itβs the kind of event that gets you dreaming bigβand then questioning your sanity. Swimming 3.8 km, biking 180 km, and running a full marathon (42.2 km)? Itβs exhilarating, itβs daunting, and itβs exactly why Iβm starting this blog: to document every step of the journey, from wobbly bike rides to (hopefully) that victorious finish. π
Why Share the Journey? π€
Triathlon isnβt just about crossing the finish line; itβs about everything you learn along the way. And trust me, thereβs a lot to learn. Training, nutrition, aerodynamics, gear, mental toughnessβthe list goes on. While Iβve been a triathlete for a few years, this is a whole new level. By sharing my experiences, I hope to:
